The space
Our three well-appointed bedrooms are designed to offer maximum relaxation. Each room is thoughtfully furnished and tastefully decorated, ensuring a cozy and inviting atmospheres for all guests. Whether you're unwinding after a day of sightseeing or preparing for a busy workday, you'll find a private retreat that suits your needs.

Relax and recharge in the living area, featuring a 65 inch TV with Netflix. Master bedroom with 55 inch TV. It’s the perfect spot to catch up on your favorite shows and movies after a day of exploring or attending meetings.

We prioritize your convenience with on-site laundry facilities, so you can easily manage your laundry without the hassle of finding a laundromat.


While our smart TVs come with streaming apps installed, guests will need to log in with their own credentials. Please remember to log out of these apps at checkout.
Guest access
You'll have exclusive access of the entire unit during your stay.

Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
Other things to note
- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking space in the driveway and garage. Street parking is restricted
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guests for security reasons.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
