The property is clean. The location is great. The parking under the building is very tight to maneuver in and out of. The interior was clean. The bar stools are wobbly - we never sat in those. We had no paper towels or toilet paper - we had to contact the on call number to get access to get some. The bed mattresses are covered in plastic - easy to clean, I’m sure, but noisy. We were rained in for three days, but we had plenty of room inside to relax.

Entry via right side double door chained and padlocked to left side door; i.e., door lock not working, so no door key; have to use chain and padlock to secure door both outside and inside. Twenty steps to climb to get to entry door; would not rent again for that reason alone; too much for this eighty-one year old to navigate; also, tread deck screws sticking up need to be tightened down. Mattress in main bedroom downstairs needs to be replaced. Transition between ceramic tile in kitchen and heavily worn laminate floor in living room is loose and presents a trip hazard. Two coffee makers, but neither one works for K-cups.
