About the host
Hosted by Mary Beth Alexander

Andy and Mary Beth live in Gainesville, Ga just an hour south of Suches. We grew up enjoying the lakes and rivers of North Ga and enjoy relaxing outdoors on the riverbank.
Why they chose this property
We have been admiring this little cottage for years and dreaming of its potential. It appeared to be abandoned, as it stayed closed up for years with no visitors. My Aunt and Uncle have a place next door so we were so excited to have the opportunity to buy it and bring it back to its former glory! Rivers End trail is a quiet area near Coopers Creek & Deep Hole. You can drop in a kayak or tube right from the backyard or float down from Deep Hole recreation area.
What makes this property unique
This property is excellent trout water! The property is built right on the river bank which is a rare find. You can see the river from almost every window and hear it all over the house when the sliding doors are open.
