It was OK, but when we asked to clean the 2 rooms, since we were staying for 4 nights, they just cleaned one of them. We requested extra pillows and they said they didn't have more. But the worst was that a person entered my room and also my children's room with a master key, which scared us a lot!!!; they said it was the "Engineer", which we never requested and that it was the front desk fault that never informed him that those two rooms were already occupied and he was just checking that everything was OK. That is totally unacceptable!.....the front desk lady said she was trying to do 3 jobs and she didn't have time to pay attention to all of the details...wow.

The booking was a little strange since it was represented by being in someone’s house and itended up being in a hotel. So that confused me. The room was clean and tidy. It would have been nice to have a microwave to heat things up rather than go to the lobby. It was nice t Dining area in the lobby. Getting food from the dining area was complicated. One had to get help from the person at. the desk and they were often busy or not there; there was no way of knowing how that all worked anyway.
