Welcome to a “Change of Altitude,” an immaculate 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Townhouse that’s a short walk from Windham Main Lodge and ski lifts. Enjoy the development’s indoor heated pool with hot tub, gym and lounge that’s just a few steps away from this home. Plus, check out the Alpine Spa (open in winter) and many great local restaurants when taking a break from the slopes.

Windham has tons to offer visitors all season long with beautiful hiking trails, local wineries, shopping, festivals, and sight-seeing throughout the Catskills. Plus, enjoy the tennis courts in the housing development.

This renovated property comfortably sleeps 10. One bedroom features a King bed with a Twin trundle. Another bedroom has two sets of XL Twin bunkbeds with a XL Twin trundle. Finally, a third bedroom has a Queen bed with a bunkbed that features a Full-sized bed (lower) and Twin bed (upper)

Heated floors will give you a cozy stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Mudroom. Washer and Dryer. No Smoking. No Pets.

We stayed here as two families visiting for skiing at Windham and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect — especially the close proximity to the pool and workout area, which we made great use of during our stay.The house itself was cozy and had everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved the bunk bed room, and there were two very comfortable bedrooms for the adults, plus additional sleeping space for extra kids. The kitchen was well-equipped and easily met our needs for family meals.Heather was fantastic — easy to connect with and very responsive throughout our stay. The home has so much charm and really feels like a true ski house, with lots of fun ski-themed decorations that added to the experience.We would definitely stay again!

Great house and location.

We really loved staying here. It was a cozy house and a short walk to the lodge. Our only let down was the fire place was not in working order during our stay. Even with that, the stay was still pretty much perfect.

Beautiful Condo Walking Distance to Lifts

The home was clean, spacious and renovated as well as beautifully decorated. It’s perfect families. The magic carpet to the lifts is only minutes away. The owner was friendly and communicative throughout our stay. We will be back!
