Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used beds unmade. Collect all used towels, and leave on the bathroom floor.

Collect all trash and put in the trash bin out back
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not cause rutting damage to grass with trailers or ORV’s. A fine up to $500 might be assessed.
Pet fee is $30 per night per pet with maximum 2 pets. An additional $50 fee per night will be charged for unregistered pets.
$20.00 additional fee per person over 6 adults for more than 2 night stay. (Children under 18 not subject to extra fees).

Great stay!

Owners of property were great! The listing was accurate. Very clean, comfortable and all amenities we could have needed. Quiet area and the men enjoyed riding their ATVs and bike. Would rent from again.

Great little place and price was great the only complaint is there was not enough towels or wash cloths for a house for 10-12 people, we did wash what we had but dryer didnt not work well. I noticed floors toilet and shower were dirty upon arrival ( I found someone elses kid sock by the couch that was not with my group) that means the carpets were not vacuumed from the last renters, the counters had sugar on them and were sticky, the only small garbage can we had already had garbage in it so we were forced to stack garbage up outside the house. Overall cute house close to au sable and trails

Hosts were great and it had pretty much anything you needed. We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place with great hosts.
