Welcome! This beautiful ground level condo in Fort Myers with 2 bedrooms featuring 2 king beds is all on one level. This condo is one of few that has NO STAIRS!. It offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. Fully stocked kitchen , TV in each bedroom and in the living room. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and a private lanai. There is a double car garage. The unit has AC, WIFI and a washer and dryer. Very quiet and peaceful.
At the stunningly beautiful Award Winning Paseo Community, you can enjoy numerous amenities like the Tiki Bar, Resort Pool with Hot Tub, a Lap Pool and Childrens Water Area. The Village Center offers free coffee each morning, an ice cream parlor, and a Pub with Billiards. Also at the Village Center is a library and business center. You can enjoy a movie and free popcorn at the 90 seat theatre. The gym located at Village Center is well equipped with machines and free weights, also a fitness studio offering classes. There are 6 lighted tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, a half court basketball court and bocce ball. "The Heid Out" will help you feel at home while you're vacationing in Fort Myers.

The convenient location of Paseo is just east of Interstate 75 and Daniels Parkway. It is a 10 minute drive from RSW International Airport. Paseo is close to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel and Captiva Island. All the conveniences are close by with a Publix, CVS and Walgreens and many restaurants.

Paseo is 15 minutes from the Century Link Park which is the winter home of the Minnesota Twins. It is also only 10 minutes away from JetBlue Park, winter home of the Boston Red Sox.

Host was most gracious and accommodating! We have been renting in Paseo for 10 years and Connie Heid is tops among our past list of hosts. Condo was well stocked to make our stay extremely pleasurable and was appointed in quality items... dishes, utensils, towels, linens, etc. Decorations are beautiful! Connie certainly went the extra mile! Highly recommended condo rental!

The condo was all I could have hoped for. It shows just like in the pictures. Condo was very clean. Kitchen had everything you could need. Having a garage was great. Good communication with the owners. Sign up process was cumbersome but once approved everything went smoothly. Pool and tiki bar were great and had all age groups. Highly recommend this location.
