The living room offers ample sofa and seating options, with two separate smart TVs to entertain any audience. An electric fireplace is ideal for cooler nights or months. From there, a large dining room table with seating for 15 flows into the fully equipped kitchen, where granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances beckon the chefs of your group to prepare a delicious home cooked meal. Additional seating at the island for 4 is ideal for a cup of coffee or a quick bite.

- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 5 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- Hot tubs are NOT an amenity at this property.

- 2 sets of washers and dryers are in this unit.

- The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.



This ideal location puts you within 10 minutes from downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.
