The property was very nice and clean. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels, etc. The only thing I would suggest are new pots and pans. The ones provided are very scratched up on the inside and we didn’t feel safe using them.

Thank you for staying with us! We’re glad you enjoyed the clean property, comfortable beds, and ample towels during your visit. We appreciate you pointing out the condition of the pots and pans. We understand your concerns about the scratched surfaces and why you felt uncomfortable using them. We’ll bring this to our team’s attention so the cookware can be inspected and replaced as needed. Your feedback helps us identify what needs attention, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it. We’d be happy to welcome you back for another Branson getaway!

Property was nice, clean and had plenty of room for our party. Please note that this property is not on main floor, it is one flight of stairs downstairs. Was not a problem for us, but could be if you can’t do stairs. The only issue we had was that you can hear a lot of foot steps from the people staying in the place above ours. They had children and it got pretty loud during the day when we were there. We did not spend a lot of time at the rental, so it didn’t really bother us. Also, the people above were quiet pretty much after 10, so it also didn’t bother us during the night time. Overall a nice place to stay and I would rent again if I was in Branson.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad you found the property clean, spacious, and comfortable for your group, and we appreciate your willingness to stay with us again. Thank you also for pointing out the stairs leading down to the unit, as that’s helpful information for future guests when planning their stay. We’re sorry the footsteps and daytime noise from the unit above were noticeable. While some noise can carry between floors, we understand it can affect the overall experience. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Branson!

Thank you for choosing to stay at our property. We appreciate your feedback, although we must express our disappointment with your three-star review. Despite our extensive efforts to ensure your trip was a five-star experience, we understand that you found the place nice and the location convenient for your needs. However, we believe that your rating does not accurately reflect your overall experience. It is important to note that the property you booked clearly stated the presence of stairs in its description, and it appears that this detail was overlooked. We genuinely empathize with any inconvenience this may have caused you. In an attempt to rectify the situation, we went above and beyond by relocating you to an alternative unit with no stairs, specifically to accommodate your needs. Considering the fact that five months have passed since your stay, we find it disheartening that you have chosen to leave a three-star review. We had sincerely hoped that our efforts in addressing your concerns would have resulted in a more favorable rating. Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to strive for excellence in providing exceptional guest experiences.

Wonderful family trip!

We were very pleased with this listing! We took a family trip with our two young children. The location was great and the TVs were already set with Disney+ so the kids enjoyed that! We loved the updated furniture and look of the condo. This condo was on the bottom floor which was perfect with two young children!! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful New Place - Comfy beds!

This property was perfect! The price was also very much in our budget. We did not have any problems during our stay but the property owner contacted us to make sure all was well - so communication was perfect. We would highly recommend! Plenty of fluffy towels, the beds were VERY comfortable, and plenty of room for 4 of us.

3rd Bedroom made the extra distance worth it

This condo was clean, quiet, and safe. It was a bit farther away from the Branson activities my family typically enjoys (shopping, shows, etc.), but having the 3rd bedroom at a price that was equal to or less than many of the 2 bedroom options downtown, made the extra drive worth it. For families who like to spend time on the lake and spend time on the 76 strip, I think it’s an ideal location.

Nice and spacious

6 adults stayed in this condo and were very comfortable. When we got there, the TVs were on a Christmas screen with music playing. It was very welcoming! The only comment for improvement was that the white towels were stained and shabby looking. We expect the towels to be used, but these towels need to be replaced. Over all, it was a good experience and we will stay there again if we go back to Branson.

What a View

Great views of Branson from its western edge just off 265. Brand new construction but ground floor unit den flooded from back porch during heavy rain. TV is all streaming services - no Cable/Satellite inputs.

Beautiful views of Branson

This property had a beautiful view of downtown Branson. It was brand new and very clean. The property manager was very attentive. The only drawback was that this was a lower unit and there was little sound-proofing from the unit above. The hardwood floors in the unit above meant that you could hear them walking across the floor at all times. It was quite loud and woke us up late at night and early in the morning several times during our stay. Carpets or more rugs in the upper units could help keep the noise down for those in the lower units. Everything else was fantastic!
