Do Not Book.
I have never left a bad review on any short-term rental site, and I have stayed in about 12 through multiple platforms. (1 or 2 had minor issues/bumps that the host remedied immediately) I am the person who always asks to speak to managers to let them know how excellent a customer service rep was.Do yourself a massive favor and find a reputable VRBO. I could write a book (and did write a 14-page email on all the issues I faced, from cleanliness to no access to buzz people in, no internet for two weeks, etc. I could go on, but I have a 1500 limit.After my stay and it being reported, I believe they tried to address the issues I reported that CAN be fixed. But even if those certain issues were fixed, the host does not address issues and leaves it on you to deal with and cuts corners to save even a few dollars.While dropping off the keys, we saw they started boxing up the owner's belongings all over the house, including a used deceased dog print kit. They do not address issues unless you make a big deal about it which I am not used to but had to do in this case.Trust me - book elsewhere.Moreover, they then tried to charge me for a key that they said I had not left. I have booked rentals before with no reviews that were great, but learn from my MASSIVE mistake, find a reputable VRBO, and do not book here.
