Spacious clean house

The house itself is great. The neighborhood is not one I would walk around. So if you are looking to be at a very clean spacious house with a great pool area and aren’t concerned about noise levels or neighborhood .. this is a great place.

Thank you for Staying with us . It’s a safe neighborhood, there’s a school at the other block , many shops or restaurants close by. No crime whatsoever!! I agree that it’s a non-touristic area, but it is a residential good neighborhood.

We rented for a family reunion last year in this home and repeated the stay this year. It was just f

The only hitch is the door handle leading to the pool. We were sure that we did not break it, but the handle was very unstable and made us wonder if we had broken it. The employee who gave me my forgotten items reinforced that we had not broken it.

Were some complications but host upgraded us, new place was beautiful! Great house, great host!

We had a great time! The host was gracious enough to accommodate the is a the guests who were staying in our house before us when they had a family emergency, and she upgraded us to a beautiful place! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very easy to get ahold of when anything came anything came up and there were a lot of fun things to do in the area!

Great Deal and Great hosts

The house was perfect for your group, 3 bathrooms and plenty of beds. The pool out back was great, with plenty of seating and a great grill. Only draw back was the 10pm noise ordinance in place which would not allow us to use the pool or make any noise outside after 10pm. But there is plenty of other stuff around the area that kept us occupied (Food, Casino, beach, Etc). Kelly and Eli were great hosts, VERY responsive. Overall a great trip, I would recommend it to anyone interested in that area!

Home was poorly Cleaned( found coco puffs in couch) ..Probably due to late check out of last customer .. Pool not heated outside noise : constant noise from water plant across the street , Noisy neighbors, loud cars & motorcycles

My family and I had a great time staying at this property, Eli was very kind and responded within minutes if i had any questions, the house has everything you may need and more, definitely recommend for a large crew.

Handy Location

Pros: We spent Christmas 2017 at this house with 6 children and 5 adults. The interior was very clean and whenever we had an issue the owner (Eli) tried to respond and solve it very quickly. The kids really enjoyed the pool and had fun thinking about what their friends in Chicago might be doing while they swam, sunned and enjoyed the Florida warmth. Cons: This property is stated to sleep 16 people so we assumed that we would be more than comfortable in the space. The sleeping arrangements were fine but even our 11 people strained other daily activities. There were only 6 chairs at the dining table plus one desk chair for eating three meals a day which left 4-5 people to find a space to eat until our daughter brought over a folding table and 4 folding chairs. Eating out by the pool wasn't an opinion we chose to use when it was windy, cloudy, rainy or just too hot and sunny. The kitchen is very small and carrying everything back and forth inside to outside and back didn't work for us. There were only dinner plates, etc for 6-7 people at the house (we bought lots of paper products to solve that problem). The other big concern for us was there was very little storage space (drawers, chests, usable closets) that were provided for clothes, etc. So, we all lived out of suitcases for 7 days....taking up valuable floor space. Even the bathrooms space was at a premium both in the size of the room itself and places to hang towels, store toiletries, or place Dopp kits. Each bathroom was assigned to 4 people but had been built for 2 people at most.
