The property itself was AMAZING. VERY clean. The rental management was difficult. Too mamy hands in the cookie jar. I tried tonstay with my rep Maria, she did GREAT. There were decrepancies with Koala itself. My room was booked twice. I couldnt log in OR create a login. It said i had already had a log in which was wrong. Ive never dealt with Koala before. It made it frustrating to confirm my stay and took up too much of my peaceful time i was having prior. Will i book again...not if its with Koala mgmt. Sorry
