Great location and incredible service. Our room was very spacious for what you usually get in NYC. Would stay again! Beware of the elevators, very slow and small. I’d recommend to request a lower floor room.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Reservations were made far in advance. As the date was approaching, I checked the site for information. There were reviews on the hotel site that were horrible from previous guests. I called VRBO to explain and to cancel with a refund. We couldn’t stay in a hotel that was health comprising and unhealthy. After much explaining, a refund was not to be granted due to cancellation policy. It did not matter if the guests were unable to stay due to the conditions of the hotel. We had paid in full and ended up paying for another hotel which was very clean. We feel the hotel site is not honest with their advertising. The VRBO site is not honest with their reviews. It was a very disappointing experience to our New York trip.
