Consider this resort your home away from home while you visit Sarasota. This immaculate and bright property features a king master bedroom and a spacious living room with a private sleeping area in the lanai with a comfy sofa bed. There’s also a twin air mattress available With resort amenities like Pickleball, indoor and outdoor Olympic size pools, 3 hot tubs, poolside bar/restaurant with many nights of live music, putt putt golf, a fitness center, pool room, arcade room and so much more you may never want to leave. Daily activities for the kiddos. Nov thru April (snowbird season) there are over 100 clubs and activities that guests can participate in. 15 minutes from beaches and the airport.
Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Sarasota and our resort has to offer.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Close all windows Unplug small appliances Please leave the unit as you found it. Take garbage to dumpster Wash and put away dishes Ensure grill lp tank valve is closed

Before you leave all towels must be clean and put back in the storage area(s). As you leave, put the bedding in the washer and start it. The housekeeper will dry and remake the bed.

Turn off the water heater switch Set AC to 83 and heat to 50 Place house keys in the key lock box on the lanai door.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Owner must be advised of any visitors and entrance to the resort must be approved in advance by security gate. Visitors may not stay. overnight.

Owner areas are locked or labeled as do not disturb.
