Perfect for our weekend visit

House is as described. Location is very good for restaurants and bars and incline all being about 10 minutes walk which we enjoyed. Summit bar especially was great. Also 10 minute walk to Southern Hills rail station. Neighborhood has some empty houses and broken windows, but walking in a group we felt completely safe.
