This newly renovated 2BR home is located close to all the action. Just blocks away from highway access, so you can easily come and go as you please. Within minutes drive away from Mpls/St Paul International Airport, Mall of America, US Bank Stadium, downtown and uptown Minneapolis. Or take a quick walk to the nearby park, Lake Nokomis and Minnehaha Falls. Feel at home during your long stay in this cozy 2-bedroom, 1 bath home.
The space
Individual workspaces in each bedroom for remote working. One desk has sit/stand versatility and a monitor provided, if needed.
High speed fiber internet. There is Roku in the living room and smart tv in the bedroom to stream shows/movies on your own Netflix, Hulu, Disney accounts.
Pull out sectional in the living room.
Dedicated driveway parking, accessed in the alley. 2 vehicles maximum
Board/card games provided for family/friend entertainment.
Washer, dryer and ironing board in the basement.
Guest access
A unique access code will be sent to you the day of your arrival. The code is active during your stay and changed upon departure.
Other things to note
1 pet maximum. For more, we make rare exceptions on a case by case basis. Any pet stay will require a higher cleaning fee of $300 as well as a $5/night fee per pet.
If there are any problems, please reach out and we will act as quickly as we can. Please respect the home.
Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.

If a blanket (from the bin inside the sectional sofa) has been used, then please leave it out and place it on top of the couch so that we know it needs to be cleaned. Thank you! :)
