- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. There is an electricity cap on rentals over a week.

- No food or glassware in the pool area is allowed.

Very welcoming

It was so nice to find a selection of cold drinks in the fridge upon our arrival. The space is comfortable and well maintained. The pool is nice. The neighbors are friendly. The only drawback was loud music from a nearby bar on a Saturday night. However the fans and air conditioning does a good job to drown it out. We would stay again. Free laundry is a plus.

Your review seemed like a great one excerpt for the music which is put of our control. Not quite sure why you would give is a 4/10 which makes me believe you thought the maximum was a 5.
