This is a newly built and beautifully finished guesthouse in a quiet neighborhood central to all the fun in Los Angeles. It is walking distance to downtown Culver City, dozens of great restaurants/bars, grocery stores and boutique shops.

There is free street parking provided to guests. In addition, the LA Metro Expo rail line and buses are a short walk away.

Gated access to the yard and stairs up to the apartment. You will have access to a roof-top patio with incredible 360 degree views.

An amazing place!

The perfect property for individuals or couples. Great location, beautifully clean, supremely well stocked and Steve and Jenny are amazing hosts. Will most definitely be trying to book again for any future trips to Culver.

The guesthouse was immaculate, comfortable, and had all the amenities you could ask for. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The location was also very convenient to the heart of Culver City. We’ll be back!

Absolutely Perfect

Our daughter stayed at the Culver Coop for 3 weeks this summer and absolutely loved the apartment and the hosts. The apartment had everything that she needed and shopping was very nearby. We visited and were very impressed with everything. A truly lovely place and experience.

Steve was very hospitable and responsive. The set-up was very thoughtful and generous. Very clean and luxurious. The deck is great, a relaxing second space with great views 360. We felt private on both floors, inside and out. We loved being a convenient ten minute walk to downtown Culver City’s theaters, restaurants, cafes, Trader Joe’s... The neighborhood in all directions is very walkable and full of discoveries. Highly recommend.
