From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Tuscana Resort Orlando, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland. Tuscana Resorts has received the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for 5 years running!

Located 10 minutes from Disney world and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; a large swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, 30 seat cinema, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi . There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as Mcdonalds, chili’s, subway, pizza hut, Publix grocery store, and Walgreen’s drug store.

This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (May 2016). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 43 inch flat screen tv. The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 43 inch flat screen tv. The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch tv, dvd player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils.

We really appreciated the quiet location within a short drive to the theme parks. We didn’t use the pool or any amenities. It’s an ideal place to stay with a pet and kids.

Easy check in and check out. Kitchen is a little lacking in supplies, largest frying pan is about 6inches. Place was clean, property manager was easy to communicate with. Pool area is very nice.

Perfect place

We loved everything about this condo… it was very clean, the pots, pans, dishes, etc were enough for four people. We had brought our own dishwashing liquid, sponge, and laundry detergent however enough supply was provided for two loads. Couple of minor inconveniences were one of the bedroom TV was not working and the bathroom did not have toilet roll holder and a hook for the towels next to the tub. However, these were not that big of a deal. The place was gorgeously decorated and perfectly sized for our family of four. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Upon arrival the process was simple for check in. Communicating was easy thanks to our property manager and the owners who were very helpful. Nice area and view of the golf course from the top floor. A few updates could be made. Such as new carpet and more silverware pots and specifically dish towels. Overall very good and would stay there again. Thanks again, The O’Neills

Home away from home

This little gem was exactly what we were looking for. I was a bit skeptical at first because I didn’t see recent reviews but I’m glad I took my chance after contacting the host. It was clean, very cute decor and peaceful. The one and only downfall was there was a bit of a sewer smell coming from the guest bathroom which I contacted the host and he immediately replied. Other than that my family and I felt safe and we enjoyed our entire stay. We will be back in September!

Not as the pictures describe needs work

A little disappointed in the property, it looks nice in the photos, however it really needed some TLC, the carpet was not clean, the bath tube had holes in it, the bathroom vanity was tore up on the side, no toilet paper holder in master bath or towel holders, the kitchen light was falling apart, only offered 1 face towel and we had 3 guests, the furniture is small and creekey. I personally would not stay here again. The photos look so nice, but the place needs improvements. I will say the property management team was responsive when I inquired about an additional face towel, We had 3 guests and only 2 face towels in the unit. My issue is its presented differently than it really is when you arrive.

I was taking care of my oldest sister who needed a walk-in shower, and the condo had exactly that. The setup was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, and tall plastic glassware. They provided towels and pool towels as well. I handled everything online, and as soon as I completed the process, I received all the necessary information. When I arrived, it felt like I had been living there all along. The WiFi worked flawlessly, without buffering, which is crucial for business trips and internet browsing. Awesome! Next, though minor, these details need attention: there were no dish towels, there wasn't an extra blanket for the pull-out sofa bed, and the master bathroom had only one washcloth. This is a fantastic place to stay, and I will definitely stay here again!

Clean comfortable stay

I booked this lovely condo for our annual mother-daughter getaway. The condo itself was lovely. It was very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, and cold AC. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The dining table is large and can accommodate a large meal. The living room is very small, but adequate for the three of us. I'm not sure it would be comfortable for a larger gathering. The condo is well decorated with nice furniture. The towels were tiny, but we brought some of our own. The community was ok. The elevator was scary but I think someone complained because by the second day of our trip it was fixed. The pool was nice, but the bar was never opened the whole week we were there. The clubhouse has paper covering the windows. Not sure what was going on with that. Christian was a fantastic property manager, communicating quickly and kindly. The property owner was also kind and communication was easy.

Family Winter Vacation 2023

Our family was planning a last minute winter vacation to Florida. We have been to Florida several times ,but have not used VRBO or any type of home rental service before. Suffice it to say, Mark is a great property owner/manager and this condo at Tuscana resort was great for the following reasons: 1. Great, constant and prompt communication from the property owner from Day 1 of booking through the last day of staying there. 2. Location was great. This condo is close to all the action (20minute drive to Disney, Irlo Bronson, International Drive, etc). Our family was able to enjoy, TopGolf (20min), GatorLand (45min), Outlet mall shopping (20min), Disney Springs (20min), waterparks (20min), Daytona Beach (2hrs) and a manatee sightseeing tour (1hr) during our stay. 3. Easy Check in. Mark gave great instructions for room number, access for pools, wifi password, etc. This was done two days before check in. 4. Pictures matched reality. I know it might not seem like a lot, but knowing what you're paying for and having it match what you are actually getting was comforting. 5. Condo was clean and 'move in ready'. Beds were tidy, kitchen was clean, towels were neatly placed. It felt like home. Overall, this was a great experience that we would for sure rent again from Mark at Tuscana.

Broken appliances

The cabinets were full of Grease. The chandeliers were covered in dust. Broken towel holders and showers need work. Broken toilet paper holders. No beach towels. Maintenance had to go out and buy me some. Then I washed them and they are of such bad quality that there was blue lint everywhere. The dryer was broken and wouldn't dry at even 80 minutes. I think the owners knew because they sent me a message before I got there that if anything is not working or broken I don't get a refund. Nice way to set up for a broken dryer and dirty house. Carpet needs to be replaced. Living room curtains had drink stains on them as if someone spilled wine. Apartment would be lovely if it was clean and the pool was amazing and warm. Left no instructions on garbage and no garbage bins were visible outside so we had to tie up the garbage and leave it outside the door. Not a very pleasant stay. And I did not tip the cleaning service as I paid for cleaning and it was not clean.

Dissapointment

The biggest issue was the refrigerator, which was not operating the proper way, and the freezer was even worse. We checked on 01/01 and we notified the owner and property manage the next day. The property manager named Christian came to the unit, cleaned the back of it, but there was no improvement. On 01/04, a technician came and clearly stated to me and the property manager that the refrigerator was not working the proper way. Since that day, the property manager never responded to my texts or phone calls. The owner kept insisting that the manager had told him that everything was OK! I asked for a 3-way call, which never took place. The Sofa was old and dirty. The main bathroom had also an issue with the bathtub, but we could go by. In addition, the owner charged us $105 additional Guess fee, when the actual capacity of the place is 6 people. We are a family of 5! Overall, this was by far the worst experience we ever had renting a place through VRBO. Both the owner and property manager were unprofessional when changes needed to be made
