Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond. The house was warm and welcoming. The game room and PlayStation were used a lot as the weather was so cold so those were very nice to have. Overall we all had a great trip!

Perfect peaceful place for our family.

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. We took our teens and young adult children and there was something for everyone. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of entertainment. The fire pit was fantastic. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for all 8 of us. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy cabin with everything we needed!

Took a girls trip and this cabin was just what we needed. It was the perfect setting to relax, watch movies and just hang out and enjoy each others company. The hosts were so kind and responded quickly to any questions we had. They have put a lot or work in to make their cabin super cozy and quaint. Would love to come back during the warmer months so we can hike.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this cabin! It was a perfect getaway for the weekend—so cute and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked; we had all the dishes and supplies we needed. The game room and bunk room kept the kids busy all weekend. Plus, it’s close to some great hiking trails and the town. Can’t say enough good things!

Great Hocking Hills Getaway

The set up of this house was perfect for our vacation. We had two families coming together to celebrate New Years. The basement was the perfect set up for the kids. Since it was winter, we wanted a house with a hot tub and game room and this did not disappoint! Plenty for all to do. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The home owner had great communication leading up to our stay. The location was great as we did Ash Cave the day we were headed home. It was a very clean property, though there was a strong lingering smell of something possibly cooked prior to our arrival. Which I can understand is no one's fault.A couple of things we thought could be improved upon. There was no padlock from the garage to inside the house. The door in the garage to the outside had just a lock on the handle. The door from the house into the garage had no lock. We would have felt safer if there was another lock. Also, whenever we opened the hot tub it started at 104 degrees. Being in it for just a short amount of time, the temp would drop down into the mid 90s. It was cold outside but we have rented various cabins and never came across the issue of the hot tub running cold when the lid was off and we were in it. All in all we would stay again if we went back to Hocking Hills
