Within Walking distance to many things, was a bit disappointed in some of the condition of the room- couch had no legs (loveseat did) shower was cracked inside. Favorite part of mine and my partners opinion was the deck with the comfy chairs.

This place was well-priced and a great location! It is a no-frills kind of place, so bring your own coffee (there is a coffee-maker) and toiletries. Or, there is great coffee at Rising Star Coffee Roasters nearby! Neither bedroom has doors...one is right off the living room and the other is a loft, so just something to be aware of if you're a friend group traveling together.

The bathroom was very dirty. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. No toilet paper and 2 towels for 2 people for five days was not enough. The area was perfect for what we needed. Just need to take more pride in cleaning the area.

The upstairs bedroom was extremely hot due to no A/C, which made the upper half of the apartment unlivable. We would’ve stayed elsewhere had the lack of A/C been disclosed. The host said she ordered an A/C unit for future guests, but did not respond to our request for a partial refund.

Location was A-one!! close to downtown area- a 7-minute uber/lyft ride away! And close to an area with tons of places to eat, coffee shops- all only a block away-- Neighborhood was really nice. No fears here. Place was a 2nd floor apartment- we really only used it to sleep at night as we spent most of our time downtown. Value for the money was spot on- Highly recommended

Good place, Good host but you need to know you have to walk up a steep flight of dirty stairs to get to the cute apartment on the 2nd floor. No bedroom doors or privacy curtain, No central air and the couch is sorta sketchy but the rest of the place met our needs nicely. Oh, and if you're fat like me, you may need to shower with the door open to the shower because it is very small corner shower.

Everything was great. The one suggestion that I have is to communicate the check out instructions the day before or have them posted in the house. Thanks again for letting us stay.
