Gorgeous 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with private exclusive salt water pool and tennis court available for rent with most bedrooms having en suite bathrooms. Swim laps float or just relax by the salt water pool. Enjoy the private tennis court. Dine from our organic orchard with sumptuous choices of fruit. The Orchards on the grounds are beautiful for evening strolls and picnics as day time picking. The pool is maintained for you during your stay. Perfect for family and couples retreat. The kitchen has all that you may need to quietly enjoy or entertain.
The den/library downstairs leads to the tree lit terrace for quiet al fresco dining or relaxation. The den/library is stocked with English books and has a panoramic view of the grounds different than from above or below. This first floor den/library can be used as a private living room and entrance for the two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the first level.

Fantastisk feriebolig! 🤩

Fantastisk lækker og rummelig feriebolig! Meget rent og pænt med rigtig god plads til både børn, teenagere og voksne. Der er alt, hvad man behøver og mere til 🤩. Poolen er kæmpe stor og super ren. Selve poolområdet er lækkert, og der kommer en pool-mand hver morgen og ordner området. Det eneste minus er, at der ikke er restauranter i gåafstand, så man er nødt til at køre efter det, hvis man ikke selv vil lave mad, MEN selve huset og udenomsarealerne opvejer det til fulde. Den nærmeste større by er Allesandria, som er super hyggelig, og der finder man et væld af rigtig gode restauranter. Udlejerne var fantastiske. De var meget grundige i deres kommunikation, så snart vi havde booket vores ophold, og svarede på alle vores spørgsmål inden vores ankomst. Under opholdet hjalp de med det samme, hvis vi havde brug for noget, og de kom med flere anbefalinger til spisesteder og serværdigheder. De aller bedste anbefalinger herfra 🤩😍👌.

Big house with nice swimmingpool!

The house is big and private, nice swimmingpool. The house has a big garden and a tenniscourt. Both nice but lack of maintenance. Unfortenately because of humidity of the lower floor, we couldn’t use the lower floor. Giancarlo helped us with everything and all we needed. Five stars for him ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Actually the entire house was used by our guests during their entire stay. There had been a heavy rain in the area and they were commenting on the piazza for a day after the rain.

Our villa is in a private park with a private pool and tennis court. Once you enter the gates you feel as if you have arrived yet, all that you may want is within easy reach. You can relax at Terme di Aqui and it's spas only 20 minutes away, enjoy the wines and foods of Piemonte in moments, you can shop at the largest outlet with Italian and European designs 20 minutes away. You can lunch at the Riviera, visit Turin or Milan in less than an hour, experience all the wine tours, biking tours and natural and cultural bounty of Peimonte, Liguria and Lombardy so easily yet you can also just relax and enjoy the cultivated botanical wonder of the villa with the private pool and tennis court. It's all as you wish and we hope to have you enjoy it as your own.
