First Floor and 8 Guest Capacity

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and a living room with sofa bed. Bedroom 1 prepare with a queen bed, bathroom and air conditioner to make your stay chill. On bedroom 2 we have two bunkbeds size twin, bathroom and a 32 inch flat tv. In the living room we have a sofa bed queen size and a big 50 inch flat tv with dishnetwork to enjoy a movie and eat popcorn laying down comfortably. In the dining room we have a high table with six chairs. Our kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cooking-ware, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave and fridge everything you need to be like in your home but at the same time enjoying your vacation. The apartment has parking lot for free. You would love the neighborhood since you can walk to the beach called "Balneario de Boqueron", walk to "Poblado Boqueron" where you can enjoy a nightlife next to bars, famous restaurants and shop for your souvenirs. Come and visit for different festivals that are anounce around the year and be part of the 3 million visits during a calendar year.

Wonderful 2 monts

Lianis is a great host - She was very responsive to our needs - the unit is well located - - walking distance to the beach and to Boqueron town.The apartment is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. There are good restaurants very close by.

Great way to experience Boqueron

The pictures do not do justice to this first floor apartment in this building. It is very comfortable and bigger than what I expected from the pictures. The short walk to the main area of Boqueron is only 5 minutes away. It is also surrounded by 3 great places to go and eat. The only area for improvement I would say is to include enough bedding for the number of people in your party. Thankfully, given we have a 7 year old, I had extra blankets. I never had to contact them for extra things, but it would be great to have them from the start.

Great vacation stay

This was the ideal property for an extended family stay. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. One for the kids and one for the parents. Short walk to the town waterfront and beach.

Extended stay, great spot

The perfect spot for our family trip. The condo is comfortable with all our needs for family of 5. Kids sleeps in the bunk bed room. The location has been great. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach and waterfront restaurants and bars. The condo has a well stocked kitchen utensils and pans so we can cook here some nights. Perfect location to relax in this town or take day trips to other excursions in Cabo Rojo.

Excellent place

Beautiful condo, everything was there that was needed. Clean, good security, private parking. Communication was a big issue, not a game changer, but it was very hard to get in contact with owner/contact person. Waited over an hour to get our code after we arrived. Issue with the bathroom no return calls or text. Found a maintenance guy working next door a few days later. Just need better communication, & return calls/texts. Beside that def a 4 🌟..would of been a 5..

Really Nice apartment, close to everything, nice parking. fully equipped kitchen and comfortable accommodations. Pet friendly and the dogs enjoyed the terrace even more that we did! Thank you for your hospitality and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Great!

Rental is amazingly nice, clean and modern. Location is perfect for those who do not care to be amist El Poblado but still close enough. Photos are a true depiction of rental. I would not hesitate in returning.

Great apartment!

We loved our stay! This apartment is very close to poblado. During the day, quick walk to beautiful beach. Location is awesome! Air condition in bed rooms. Kitchen fully equipped with cooking supplies. Owner very nice and reliable. We added extra days while there, extended our stay. Will stay here again. Restaurant next door is very good also.
