The condo was spacious and nicely appointed. The rental agent was quick to reply when we had an issue. The condoe overlooks a busy road. It never kept us awake.

Family Christmas Trip

Great unit, clean and as described. We had a big group and rented two condos in the same complex through VRBO. Six stayed comfortably in this unit. Gated community felt safe and welcoming. Nice landscaping and had Christmas decorations. Rooms were comfortable and unit included kitchen appliances and dishes, air conditioning throughout, washer/dryer, and beach towels. Pool area had shaded gazebo area with tables and clean bathrooms and friendly neighbors. Nice bakery across the street for breakfast sandwiches or sweets. Bar/restaurant, pharmacy and liquor outlet also right outside the complex. About a 20 minute walk to the Poblado (vendors, food stands, bars, restaurants, etc.) or Boqueron beach. We drove up and down exploring the West coast from here - great location. Buye Beach was beautiful with vendors and parking and restaurants (15 min drive). Aguadilla has many sites/picture opportunities and lovely wide beaches and beachfront restaurants (1 hr drive). La Parguera has the bioluminescent bay which we did - had a private boat for 13 of us. The bioluminescence was not very bright (maybe because of the time of year) but the boat ride and swimming in the dark were lovely (25 min drive). Also did ziplining at ToroVerde. The ziplining was amazing over a large ravine and river in beautiful tree covered mountains, but the drive up there was it's own terrifying adventure - make sure you are comfortable driving on winding mountainside roads. (2.5 hr drive)

Description was almost accurate. Apartment is located in a good place. It has everything you need for a vacation. My family and I had a good stay. I chose the apartment with the terrace because I was traveling with my parents which I havent seen for long time. We left the apartment like we didnt even use it. Nice and neat. I can say cleaner than what it was. Unfortunately I dont give it a five star because I got notify the day before that they had to close the terrace because of safety reasons. I am happy that they worry about their people safety. But they didnt explain exactly why. This apartment cost more because of the terrace and they said they would give me a 10% percent back. Out of 700ish dollars they only return $49. But overall it is a good place. You can consider it for your stay. Person in charge has very good communication and responds back fast to your concerns. The light went off our last day, but overall good place to stay.

This property Was big enough for 5 adults. Vety cleaning! It had some beach chairs a cooler and an umbrella For the route top terrace. The check in was easy. I missed the part in the listing where it said it was a 3rd floor walk up ( after reading, the listing does say penthouse) Definitely for people who are in shape! None the less, a beautiful spacious property. My only issue was the Airconditiong in the living room did not work, stairs were exhausting after a long day , the clothes dryer did not work well, took 3 cycles to dry 1 load. My recommendation would be for a clothes line to dry towels and bathing suits.. otherwise, a great stay!

The bathroom need upgrading. Tubs and shower were damaged and broken. The kitchen sink had a broken pipe and it leaked. window treatments were a disgrace. Most disappointing of all was the pool. The water was filthy and smell. I give it 21/2 stars

Cozy, very nice clean and well equipped condo with everything we needed. Home away from home! The owner was very prompt on answering all the questions I had. I will stay again and recommend to anyone that wants to stay in the Boquerón area. Very close to the poblado as well as the beach and the main road.

Great Cabo Rojo base!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, spacious and up to date. Stocked with plenty of beach and bath towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. One small suggestion would be to add a whisk to the kitchen. Travelers should remember that like many places post-Covid, the kitchen isn't stocked with seasonings, etc. Also, that the pool is closed.

Very convenient location

The condo is nicely furnished and equipped for a vacation stay. The kitchen could use some backing sheets and a few more items for cooking.We enjoy the spacious living room and three bds/bath. Great condition-Everything is new ! The condo is right off the highway (101). Very convenient but can little noisy at night( but keep in mind our visit was during the holidays). I loved that we could easily drive down the street to the center of Boqueron and enjoy beach and all the fun restaurants! Modern amenities and convenience- makes for a great rental property.
