July 4th Family Vacation

We loved the property!! Mrs. Burks was exceptional to work with. I felt like we had become friends by the time we go there and I was lucky enough to get to meet her while we were there! I would recommend this property to anyone!

This property was perfect! The host was very informative and answered any question I had weeks before our arrival and even after the stay, while talking about booking next year. We loved the outside shower area and having the water spigot right at the door to clean your feet befire entering the house. The kitchen area was perfect as we enjoy cooking breakfast as well as some dinner meals during our stay. The location is perfect and just steps from the snow white sand.

Good times! Good times!

We were a group of 8 —- 2 seventy-plus grandparents, two parents in 40’s & 4 teens, ages . The townhouse was the perfect size for us, and the decor was very nice. We enjoyed the beach —- a very close walk—sunbathing, swimming, playing beach ball and fishing. Also we cooked all but one meal! Highly recommend—- perfect accommodations for families!

Then Hurricane Michael destroyed our piece of heaven. Since then we built this townhome so others could enjoy what we loved.

Why they chose this property

I have enjoyed the beautiful beach, a quiet place to unwind, shops to visit and great resturants.

What makes this property unique

Our townhouse is only 300 feet from the sand, making it easily accessible. No walking across the street to put your toes in the sand.
