We can have whats apps and email communications after you book. Checking in and out times are flexible at the big gorgeous Lobby sofa. Normally its 12pm but we can accommodate your timings.

The Neighborhood

The most premium waterfront area to stay in Iskandar Malaysia. Scores of good restaurants are opened and within walking distant.

Getting Around

2014 Proton Exora Bold 7 seater MPV or 2015 Nissan Teana Luxury 5 seater RM200-250 per day to tour Johor, with self driving.
Causeway buses are just at the bus stop next to our apartment.

If you take a ferry boat to come from Indonesia or Singapore in future, you can just walk 5 minutes from Ferry Terminal CIQ to our Imperial.

Premium shampoo and shower gel, bath towels are given. Kettle, plates, bowls and premium culinary set are provided for induction cooking.
LED TVs are installed for you to receive Singapore and Malaysia channels.
