About this property

This is a newly renovated 1500 sf unit with an open floor plan. Well appointed modern furnishings with ceramic and porcelain flooring or carpeting throughout. The three bedrooms contain 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin beds, respectively. There are two full bathrooms, and a jacuzzi in the master bath. A fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Sliding glass doors open to a screened patio facing the lake front or a vast conservation area where wild life abounds.
Sun lake amenities include a clubhouse with gym and pool table, a lighted tennis court and a heated free form pool.
We are two miles from disney and 15 minutes from sea world, premium outlet malls and 30 minutes from universal studios.

We are residents of Kissimmee and have a site manager living in sun lake ready to address any of your issues or problems.

We own 10+ 3 br/2 ba units in sun lake, a few of them together, so sports teams and extended families are welcome! Please send us an inquiry with your dates even if it is not available on our calendar! We have availability!

Nice condo

We enjoyed staying at the condo. The beds were really comfortable. As a family of 4 with 2 kids, I do wish they provided more than 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom and more than 1 roll of paper towel esp when it’s the thinnest kind. Also provided only 4 bath towels. The pans for cooking need to be replaced as the cooking surfaces are all scratched and damaged.. it’s dangerous as chemicals are proven to leech into the food your cooking. The only thing provided was dish sponge, single small liquid dish detergent, 2 dishwasher pods, 3 trash bags, 1 thin bar of soap for each shower, and 1 liquid soap for each bathroom sink. We have stayed at a lot of rental homes and this was by far the least stocked. Esp since we stayed 5 nights with only a family of 4.

Great place to stay

This place was exactly what we needed. Close to the parks without dealing with a lot of traffic. Had everything we needed for a great vacation. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo and location

This condo worked well for our Disney trip. The complex felt a little on the older side, but the condo itself was nice and extremely clean. The king sized mattress was very firm. The location was within 15 minutes of all the Disney parks and close to a Walmart and other shopping and restaurants.
