Wonderful four bed home in the fantastic gated development of Paradise Palms. A large clubhouse with large communal pool. children's splash pool and play area, games room with pool tables and table tennis, small cinema and well equipped gym. Please note that there is NO additional resort fee payable to use these facilities.
'Just 7.5 miles from Disney, it is suitable for using Uber/Lyft for those occasions where you don't wish to drive. Here is your perfect home for your Florida vacation. It is beautifully decorated throughout with modern furniture, bright color and that added fun touch of everything Floridian. The adorable pool area gives you the bit of space needed to relax after the excitement of the parks or time spent at the near by shopping malls!
The property has one designated car parking space with other spaces nearby but these are available on a first come, first served basis. There are also restrictions on what can be parked in the vicinity. Please also ensure that you do not park on either the sidewalk or the street as you may be fined or towed.

Perfect for us

Beautiful location. The amenities are great. We did not use the pool at the house, we prefered the community pool. Everything is close by, Walmart, Publix, good restaurants etc. We did not go to Disney. However, Old Town is close and many other things to do overall we had a great vacation. Thank you.

Wonderful property. I would advise that the ceiling fan in the bedroom downstairs be fixed but otherwise no complaints at all! We will 100% stay here again!

Good but not great

This property was cleaned and the location was great. Overall though it could use some attention. The bed was broken but they did respond quickly when we sent a note to the property manager. The carpet had been vacuumed but it also had stains. The bathroom had been cleaned but it also had some mold and a Colgate box was folded up and was helping to hold up the shower curtain. The rest of the furnishings had certainly seen better days but were not dirty. I picked this condo because it was not as pricy so I got what I paid for.

Several issues with this property and management! The condo is dirty and outdated. We had asked property manager if we could check in early as our flight was coming in before 4. He responded “remind me the morning of and I will do my best”. The hour of us arriving we messaged him and then wanted us to pay $50 extra, that was never communicated initially! On the first day we went to the pool and was turned away because the property manager failed to give the property all of our names. Had to go back and forth with the property manager for at least a half hour to be allowed to go into pool and then was never offered an apology! The guest book offers a grill at the condo however the grill provided was disgusting and filled with mold! The listing states beach towels are provided and there were absolutely no beach towels. There were only a few shower towels and only 2 wash clothes. All the TV’s in the condo are not working properly. Several remotes with dead batteries or no batteries and one of the bedrooms the TV randomly went on and off. Ice maker not working and had ice build up with water running on to floor. Outdoor pool is definitely losing water and made very loud noises and maintenance had to come add water. The staff up at the clubhouse were all very friendly and pool area is nice, I would just look for a different condo to stay in if you want to stay in Paradise Palms.
