THE DEEP DIVE

The deck offers panoramic Pacific vistas, with retractable doors that allow the indoors to become outdoors and vice versa. You're here: on the ocean, and by the tranquil bustle of the Solana Beach town with its shops, cafes, wine bars, breweries, live music, unique shops and very own train station. You won't want to leave. Two beach accesses in the neighborhood are just a 1-minute walk away with Fletcher Cove Park to the south and a 3 minute walk to Tide Park to the north. Perfect Beach Getaway

This stay exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and just a short walk to the beach. The peaceful outdoor space made mornings and evenings feel like a retreat. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to great restaurants and shops. They were incredibly communicative and provided clear, detailed instructions for everything in the house and nearby. had an amazing stay at this modern house right on the beach in Solana Beach. The home itself is beautifully designed with a clean, sleek aesthetic that made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The ocean views were breathtaking, and the proximity of direct beach access was a huge plus. The property management team was excellent— always helpful, responsive, and communicative, which made the entire stay seamless. If I were looking to buy a property in Solana Beach, this would be it. Everything is modern, new, pristine! Location is perfect. Amazing view and only a short walk to the beach. Bonus - car charger in the garage!! Definitely recommend. You won't be disappointed!

Perfect getaway home

My husband and I stayed here for a little getaway to celebrate our anniversary, and we had an incredible time! The house was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. We both needed to work during our stay, and the layout provided plenty of separate spaces, allowing us to do so without interruption. The views from the back patio are absolutely stunning. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and more. The house is also well-stocked with everything you could need. We've had the pleasure of staying here a few times, and we will definitely be back. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with easy access to all the best that San Diego has to offer, do yourself a favor and book a stay here!

The BEST, without a doubt.

I have rented a vacation home for a number of years on the coast. I have used BeachHaus for all of these. Their attention to detail and professionalism is UNEQUALED! The houses are top notch and pristine. The service is personal and prompt. Don’t worry about problems. Usually there are none, but if something pops up (e.g. network, TV, appliances, etc.) it is solved immediately. If you are looking for a REAL vacation, don’t look any further than Beach Haus.

Life Changing

This home is perfect in so many ways. The weather, the view, the neighborhood, the open air concept, the high tech sleek appliances and the support from the staff made this a truly unforgettable experience for my wife and I. The safe and quiet walkable feeling of the town as well as the fresh ocean breeze was like something out of a movie or a dream. The beautiful plants around the home as well as the perfectly clear sunsets each evening are something words can not describe. The main recommendation I have is to book a few extra days on top of what you were planning! They say Money cant buy happiness, but it allows you to experience this life changing property in a very stress free way. Be sure to catch a concert at Belly Up just down the street and go shopping at the Cardiff Sea Side market.

Stunning oceanfront views with terrific restaurants within walking distance.

Does returning to this gorgeous home four separate times over the last few years, on five day soirees, fully express our positive feelings for the house and the orderliness and cleanliness of everything there. This practically new contemporary 'get away' was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Sandy could work easily from the stand up desk and awesome monitor as the sound of the ocean filled the air. The coolest toilets ever, the steam shower, and the soaking tub were hard to leave and will be missed. It's the simple things, right. We'll be back. Biggest drawback, if there is one, that we often debated, was "why leave when we are already experiencing the best ocean views we're going to see from our totally private perch. "Hey, look, how many porpoises do you see out there now?

All we were hoping for, and more

We just completed our third stay at a BeachHaus rental property. Based upon our two previous stays at a different property also managed by BeachHaus, we had very high expectations for this trip. We were not disappointed. Brenda/Georgia and their team were the best. The property was 5 stars, (or more if allowed), but any request we made, given our stay was for almost two months, was immediately satisfied. The photo out the back of the house was replicated almost every day. Hard to describe the setting. The master bedroom was an entire floor with large sliding glass windows on the wall facing the Pacific. The moon, Venus and all the other stars were clearly visible many nights, and the waves provided us with superb sleeping conditions. The backyard, facing the bluff toward the ocean, had plenty of room, including a firepit and grill, to soak up the sun, dine out or just enjoy cocktails. We have already signed a renewal for next year and will only stay at a BeachHaus property.
