This was a great location for everything that i needed to accomplish on my business trip. I stayed for over a month and it was very convenient to all surrounding attractions.

Wonderful location and so clean

I am a former local to Maryville, and the location of this house is amazing. It is so close to anything you need, including restaurants and grocery stores. The house is wonderfully maintained and very clean. My 17-year old really enjoyed the privacy of the upstairs bedroom area. I highly recommend Joanna’s place. We hope to be back again.

Beautiful Home, Perfect for our trip

We came to Maryville for a baseball tournament. I chose this property because of it's proximity to the fields. This home was clean, top to bottom clean. The beds were very comfy and the pillows are top notch. The interior style of the home is beautiful. There were games for me and the kods to play (with all the pieces!) The kitchen has all your necessities. You can tell the host knows how to make guests comfortable. The ease of communication with the host was wonderful. We were literally close to EVERYTHING. The ball fields, community pool, grocery store, downtown Maryville, resturants, you name it; you're close to it. My family was happy and comfortable in this home. If I'm ever back in Maryville this home will be my first choice to stay in.
