About this property

Our Family has beautiful finca located in the southeast of Mallorca, 2 km from the town Felanitx. We have 190m2 of living space and 30.000m2 of land property. The house consists of 3 Bedroom, 1 little Kids Bedroom and two bathrooms as well an outside shower and outside extra toilet.Our family has been in Mallorca since the late 1960ies. We love the island and love our finca and we hope that you'll enjoy your stay in our home!

Ruhe in einem großen, schönen Areal

Sehr persönliches Ferienhaus mit einem wunderschön angelegten Garten, gute Ausgangsbasis für Besuche in der Umgebung. Wenn es mal etwas kühler ist, ist der Ofen und die Heizung sehr wohltuend

Finca für Individualisten und Naturliebhaber

Wir haben 8 Tage über den Jahreswechsel in dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das traumhaft schön angelegte riesige Grundstück mit Oliven-Zitronen-und Orangenbäumen. Überall auf dem Grundstück verteilt sind liebevoll ausgesuchte Gartenmöbel, so dass man den Blick aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven auf Haus und umgebende Landschaft genießen kann. Alles hat Charme und den Zauber des Unperfekten. Das Haus ist großzügig und sehr ansprechend möbliert. Die Betten sehr bequem. Es gibt ganz bewusst weder Fernsehen, noch WLAN, dafür Spiele und Bücher. Die Außenküche mit Grill und Gasherd haben wir trotz kühler Temperaturen am Abend reichlich genutzt und frischen Fisch und Gemüse gegrillt. Nachts haben wir den unglaublichen Sternenhimmel von der Dachterrasse aus bewundert. Alles in Allem ein Haus für Menschen, die entschleunigen möchten, denen es nicht wichtig ist ob Geschirr perfekt zusammen passt und die kein Problem mit den vielen persönlichen Sachen haben, die die Besitzer im Haus belassen haben. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern war perfekt. Schnell, unkompliziert und die Lösung für ein technisches Problem wurde nicht nur schnell gelöst, sondern sogar mit einer Rückvergütung entschädigt. Was wir uns zusätzlich gewünscht hätten: der Schrankplatz ist nur sehr begrenzt, vor allem im Masterbedroom. Hier wäre ein zusätzlicher Schrank wirklich sinnvoll, da der einzige Schrank und die Kommode für private Dinge genutzt wird. Das ist aber Alles was zum Glück gefehlt hat. Fazit: wer sich von Mallorca verzaubern lassen möchte, findet hier einen Platz, der mehr als genug Möglichkeiten dazu bietet. Wir sind sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen.
