Well appointed, perfect spot

The place is situated just a few steps away from Cala Santanyi, a gorgeous sandy cove beach. The neighborhood has excellent eateries and a market, all walkable. More beaches are just a short drive away. The place is very clean and has exactly everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is perfect for a bit of cooking. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning are excellent. The host is very responsive and so helpful. I had some idiotic questions and she was able to help me without much delay. This is the perfect place for a holiday.

Kleine aber sehr gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit überdachter Terrasse in einer, jedenfalls während meines Aufenthaltes (Mitte April) ruhigen und ansonsten netten Appartementanlage. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort. Cala Santanyi hat mir gut gefallen, schöne Badebucht, Restaurants im Ort. Zu meiner Zeit waren Bäcker und der kleine Supermarkt leider geschlossen, aber ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im schönen Santanyi vorhanden.

Die schöne Wohnung und die schöne Anlage hat uns den Urlaub gerettet.Da das Wetter nicht so toll war waren wir sehr froh für die schöne Wohnung.Extra zu erwähnen ist die tolle Heizung der Wohnung.Infrarotheizung an der Wand.

Emplacement idéal pour passer des vacances en toute tranquillité, quartier calme, piscine très appréciée quand les plages sont bondées et pour les enfants. Pas de parking privé mais faciliter de se garer. A 2 pas de la plage 😍 et de l'arche Es Pontas. Monica est très reactive dans ses réponses. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, en petit détail il manquerait juste un petit micro-onde Si je reviens sur Majorque celà sera un de mes coup de coeur

Schöne Anlage, Apartment, perfekt für zwei Personen

Das Apartment und die Anlage waren sehr sehr gepflegt und parken funktionierte auch sehr gut. Wenn man bei Dunkelheit anreist, ist es etwas schwierig sich zu orientieren und den Schlüssel Code einzugeben. Der Standort eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt zu diversen Unternehmungen und der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Lebensmittel kann man in Santanyi bei Lidl oder Eroski kaufen, der Spar Markt vor Ort war noch geschlossen

Wir wahren schon mehrmals im Monat März in Cala Santany und es hat uns immer gut gefallen.

Der Aufenthalt hängt zum Teil vom Wetter ab. Zum Wandern braucht man nicht nur Sonne. Aber die Sonne war jeden Tag da. Somit war der Urlaub mal wieder optimal.

Sehr schönes Apartment in ruhiger, strandnaher Wohnanlage

Es war sehr angenehm. Kurze und schelle Kontakte zur sehr kooperativen Vermieterin. Sauberer Pool in der Anlage. Schattige Terrasse zu jeder Zeit. Das Grün könnte aus unsere Sicht ein Blickfenster in die Anlage vertragen. Sehr gut sotierter Spar-Laden nur 5 Min. entfernt. Zum superschönen Strand der Cala Santanyi müssen 136 Stufen bewältigt werden. Sehr schöne Gastronomie in der Bucht, insbesondere zu empfehlen das Cafe Drac. Samstags und mittwochs muss es auf den Markt in Santanyi gehen.

Ideale strandnahe und ruhige Lage

Sehr schönes und nahe zum Strand und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegenes Appartement, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man für schöne Ferientage benötigt. Den zentral in der Anlage gelegenen Gemeinschaftspool haben wir nicht getestet, weil es uns im April noch zu frisch war - sah aber sehr einladend aus. Sehr netter und hilfbereiter Support vor Ort. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
