The Avenue Carriage House is a charming 500 sq foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the historic 3rd Avenue. It can sleep up to 4 guests with the queen bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Just 3 blocks to the train station, it's perfectly located to walk to everything Downtown Durango has to offer. The unit is newly constructed and has been completed with modern furnishings and high end stainless steel appliances.
