It's was our first time taking taking the family for a weekend trip to Big Bear. We expected a nice stay place, but we arrived first seeing trash from the front yard. Then we walked into the house seeing uncleaned towels by the washer, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Also the trash in the bathrooms were full, that were not emptied. We reported, the management company called, nothing they could do get cleaning services at time. It was too late to find a new place for the whole family. We were not sure if the bedsheets were clean or not, so we end up washing them ourselves. Other than that house was great and nice location.
