Beautiful views, friendly neighbors, close to both Oscoda and Tawas. Quiet and peaceful setting and rooms. Back room was a little warmer than the rest but fan helped. Check-in and checkout were seamless.

Property was very clean & pristine from the inside out. Very beautiful beach front view with extensive grounds and decking. Excellent location nearby with several activities to choose from. We appreciated property managers help & attention and will stay here again next visit.

Love the house though it appeared to be outdated with minor repairs needed, the view, access to the private beach and super kind neighbors was amazing! The community is majority seniors so if you’re looking for serenity it was great for that if you’re looking for beach parties not so much. We loved the community so much we plan to come back multiple times next year.

The condo was nice and clean, the sunrise view was amazing, we loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there was plenty of towels and bedding and the other condo owners onsite were very friendly and welcoming. The downsides were that it was very hot outside, and the two bedrooms were quite warm as the A/C is only in the front of the condo, we loved the private beach, but it was a bit too far to lug beach things with two young kids in the heat, there is nowhere to hang wet towels/suits to dry after a day at the beach, we had to empty buckets of water from the A/C unit, so it didn't drip down onto the condo below. I might stay again if it's only two of us, but it's just not ideal with kids.

Could not ask for more

This is a quaint second floor 2 bedroom unit in a large condo complex with a great lakefront view. Very clean, relative new and well maintained. All of the condo owners we met were seniors just like us. Before we got there, everyone that looked at the picture said it was too far from the water. In reality it was quite the opposite. In the pictures you can't see that there are multiple decks with comfortable chairs on both upper and lower levels. There is a very large lower deck leading to the lake, that provides access to a horseshoe pit, multiple fire pits, grills and chaired lounge areas. There are two long well maintained walkways on each side of the property leading to a very large unlimited access sand beach. We are definitely going to stay here again.

This is our 3rd summer at the property on Lake Huron. It’s comfortable for our family of 4. Beautiful beach and lots to do in the summer. The 2 bedroom condo provides everything you need for a week lakeside.
