Our family lives in Connecticut and we are so excited about being able to share our dream home with the many vacationers that have come to love the South Village Beach area of West Dennis. Colleen is originally from CT while Nick grew up in RI.
We have three children and our oldest daughter, Molly (22) has recently relocated to the Cape to start her own business (Cape Cod Chalk and Arts).

Why they chose this property
Our family has been renting in the South Village Beach area for over 15 years and the kids just love playing in the channel in the Swan River as it meets the ocean. We are so fortunate to have been able to develop this ideal property and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we plan to.
What makes this property unique
Million dollar views and location, location, location. Not to mention, this is not the typical summer rental with outdated kitchens and furniture, this is a state of the art home with the finest of features and conveniences.
