3BR, 2BA oceanfront townhouse, sleeps 8 with decks on 3 levels and ample dedicated parking four 4 cars. Full kitchen, dining table for 6 + 2 seats at counter, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, four AC/heat PTAC units, WIFI, 2 flatscreens. Located at the north end of the island, close to tax free shopping in Delaware. Ocean City has 10 miles of beautifully kept, family-friendly ocean beach. And it's absolutely free - the way beaches should be! Check in time is 3PM, Check out time is 10AM. Prefer Friday to Friday rental for full week bookings.

Our favorite place in OC

This is our third time staying at this wonderful property, and each time has been better than the last. The location can't be beat, the house is so comfortable and always spotless, and Michael, the owner, is wonderful to work with. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful place!

Great location snd great views with ample parking and easy accessible to the beach! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with well stocked kitchen snd plenty of space to eat! The deck is huge and family friendly! My adult kids and husband also luv this place and look forward to our yearly visit!

Our family loves north Ocean City and this townhouse is the perfect location. Clean and had all the necessities. The outdoor shower and roof top deck were great bonuses! Hope to return again next year.

A perfect stay!

We hit the jackpot with this property! We couldn't be any closer to the beach and had 4 dedicated parking spaces, a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and a responsive host, not to mention it is very clean. I cannot imagine a better rental in OC!

The place was in a great location, right on the beach! Plenty of room and the multiple decks were awesome. The host was very response to any questions or needs we had. Would definitely recommend and consider to return again. Northern OC much quieter than near the boardwalk which was what I was looking for.

Great location!

The place was clean, well stocked and perfect for our family! The location can’t be beat with easy beach access and beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed the new roof top deck with a full moon during our stay as well! Will definitely be back!

Luv this place!

This has been my favorite vacation spot ever! It is ideally located right on the beach next to beach access and has room for four cars to park. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked! The addition of the rooftop deck has beautiful views of the ocean and the sunset. The owner answered any questions I had immediately and was a pleasure to work with! I hope to enjoy this property many more times!

Wonderful return to an amazing location

This was our second year in a row staying at this gem. The location is simply amazing: you cannot get any closer to the beach. It’s literally a 90 second walk to the sand. The huge deck is perfect for meals and lounging in the evening. The interior is great: very functional and well maintained. We love it and plan on returning !

Quiet and comfortable

The property was exactly as described. The view of the ocean was perfect, just like in the photos. Kitchen was fully stocked. The house was extremely convenient to the beach, as close as you can get. Older kids can go back and forth on their own, you don’t have to lug lots of things to the beach, but go back for lunch and snacks, or to give smaller kids naps/rest. The beach was clean and quiet. The house was quiet. It was great.

Beautiful beach property

This beach property is in a great location, very clean and has a great set up inside the house. It’s beautiful to sit on the back deck and look out over the ocean and watch the dolphins swim bye

What makes this property unique

Decks on three levels, great for families/kids. Frequent trips back and forth from the sand are as easy as it gets. Lunch? Nap? Pee break? Quick outdoor shower or rinse-off? Perhaps a beverage? All this is as close as you can get. The closest house to the dune crossing.
