Walk out your front door to find the pristine Nordic trails of Peak 8, great for hiking in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter. This home offers a truly unforgettable mountain experience. This home is pet-friendly for a fee. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know. There is a $350 fee per pet, per stay.

• Sixth Bedroom (Upper Level – Bunk Room): Queen-over-Queen bunk, Twin-over-Twin bunk, trundle bed (sleeps 7).
• Seventh Bedroom (Upper Level): King bed, flat-screen TV, large closet.
• Shared Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms on the top floor are shared by the additional bedrooms and a powder room is on the main level.

Nordic-in/Nordic-out: This home offers access to the town's groomed Nordic Ski trail system and close proximity (0.2mi) to a MyFreeRide bus stop. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic ski trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems offering the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and the excitement of high alpine skiing nearby. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking & biking.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
