Pet-Friendly Tagaytay Summer House

Summer House is a unique pet-friendly eco house that’s fully equipped and furnished, located behind the Our lady of Lourdes Church and Ayala Mall. Within 5 min drive from the Tagaytay rotunda. An ideal place for quiet relaxation and to enjoy nature.

1. Bedroom 1: Double sized wooden bed with 4 pillows, duvet blanket, air-conditioned, tv with cable and cabinets with hangers
2. Bedroom 2: Wooden bunk bed with pull out bed, 2 pillows and 1 fleece blanket for each bed, cabinets with hangers, clothes iron and iron board, air-conditioned.
3. Living room: Day bed made of reclaimed wood and ottoman chairs with throw pillows.
4. Comfort Room: Toilet, Hot and Cold shower, bidet, bath towels and basic toiletries.
5. Kitchen: 4-seater dining table, 3 burner Gas Range with oven, Microwave oven, Refrigerator, Rice cooker, Cooking utensils, Electric kettle, Coffee Maker, dinnerware (plates, glasses, cups, fork & spoon).
6. Barbecue area: Charcoal grill and garden table with chairs
7. Balcony overlooking the garden and village: with 6-seater dining table

12. All wooden furnitures are made of real and reclaimed wood. Summer house doesn't use fake wood.

The entire house is for your use only. We don't live inside the premises.

We will meet and orient you at the house upon your arrival. Other than that we'll respect your privacy and leave you alone. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything. We live inside the village just a few blocks away, so we are very much here.

Summer House is a space designed for quiet and creative pursuits. A place for relaxation and quality time with family and friends. We would like you to help maintain and respect this atmosphere. If you would like to party, please ensure that you dont disturb others. Also if you need to smoke, we have a smoking area outside.

Check in time is 2:00PM onwards. If you are arriving earlier, please let us know in advance. Check out time is 11 am. If you require the house longer, please let us know in advance. If we have no other booking that day, we can be flexible with this timing.

non-existent, owner said property is under renovation, it was such an inconveniece and a terrible experience- to be informed the same day of the stay, during christmas holiday with everything fully booked, the clamor to get a new accomodation was just so stressfulowner suggested a studio apartment for 52 that we had to pay cash, squeezing all 6 of us, when we asked if we can still occupy same room next day she said its not available anymore and would have to move to a different room for 130 per night.thankfully was able to talk to vrbo and got us a different hotel fully covering the rest of our stay

The house is ideally located near the center of Tagaytay. The house is cozy with few minor maybe semi major. The toilet is leaking making the bathroom slippery and dangerous, the shower is not heating the water enough due to the distribution of water is half on the faucet and half on the shower. The kitchen sink is a hazard coz the shelf on top of it is too low, you can't avoid hitting your head. I would have give it 5 but a few minor fixes will make my experience satisfying. Other than that, the host is very nice and quick to response, the caretaker Daisy is very accommodating. I would not hesitate to come back next January and hoping that everything is in order. Thanks Antoinette.

Summer House is a bungalow house that is naturally ventilated on 3 sides. It has 2 bedrooms with wooden beds and comfortable mattresses and pillows, Fully equipped and functional kitchen where you can cook, bake or grill, a bathroom with hot and cold shower, a private seating area with a barbecue grill and a garage.

Our Neighborhood
Tagaytay Country Homes is a quiet neighborhood where most of the houses are private rest houses. On a normal day our village is extremely quiet. It is ideal for family vacation where kids can play outside and ride their bikes. Restaurants, shopping malls and banks are all conveniently within walking distance (Ayala mall is right at the entrance of our village). Within the village grounds is a playground for kids with a picnic area and a 0.21 km oval walking path perfect for your morning or afternoon walks with your pets.

We, at Tagaytay Summer House, support the use of sustainable and environment friendly materials by not using virgin wood and using perfectly usable old wood (recycled wood) that comes with its own story.
