Enjoy breathtaking Rocky Mountain views from the front and stunning valley views from the back, all from the comfort of your private covered patio/deck, with plenty of comfortable seating. Play Corn Hole or Croquet in the shade of the towering trees. Watch friendly robins from the back patio furniture.

Inside, you’ll find a newly renovated stylish, open-concept design featuring two cozy living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, and a farmhouse sink and a 70” TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. The home boasts three beautifully furnished bedrooms for restful nights, plus a hide-a-bed couch, sleeping for 8. Two modern bathrooms. One tub and one walk-in shower. Full top level of this duplex.

Geeat location with shops and restaurants nearby. Great set up for my family. Well appointed with comfortable furnishings and beds. Easy to access and great communication with property management. Only minor drawback is the main bathroom showerhead is a little low and there is a light fixture in the kitchen that you must dodge if you are 6'4" plus.

The house was nice however there was a couple issue that were not communicated before booking or even after we booked .1. There is a basement apartment and so we had to be quiet at 10 pm which is hard when you have 4 little kids 2. There was an issue I guess with the A/C so we had no air . Which made it very hot in the house .When I asked about the air I was told it broke the day we were arriving . No refund or discount was offered .

The listing does clearly disclose that there is a separate basement apartment on the property, though we understand that may not have been what you were expecting. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working the day of your arrival. We contacted a repair technician immediately, but we were unable to get same-day service. Thankfully, the weather during your stay was very mild, so temperatures were not excessively hot or cold, but we still understand the inconvenience and apologize for it. We truly appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve the guest experience.

The property was great, we were in town for an event at the Golden Spike Event Center and it was a quick easy drive to there. The house was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well stocked. During our stay we enjoyed a game of cornhole and a nice walk around the neighborhood in the evening. Nice quiet, friendly neighborhood. Check in and out was about as easy as I think it could get. This was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel so I was a bit worried but we would definitely love to stay here again next year. There is also a very nice backyard with deck but it was so hot during our stay that we didn't get a chance to enjoy it.

Excellent Property

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We moved from the North Ogden area recently and came back to visit family over Christmas. I was so grateful that Janet gave us permission to have family members coming and going from the property. The house is completely renovated and beautiful on the inside. And, absolutely clean! That is a big deal to me, and this property did not disappoint. It was cold and wet, so we didn't venture outside, but there is a lovely deck and backyard. We would (and probably will) stay here again.
