The home features all the conveniences of home with living room with smart-tv with cable and Wifi, Dining Area, open kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, air conditioning and utensils. Washer & Dryer for your use. 1 Bedroom with a Queen bed, 1 Bedroom off living room and need to walk through to get to sun room)with Trundle Daybed (sleeps 2), Pull-Out Sofa(Double) in Living Room and 1 Full Bathroom. The enclosed sun room has a small couch/futon and space for additional relaxation. Outside deck with gas grill. Rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
