Located on the 2nd floor, this well decorated 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo offers easy access to the pool and beach with quiet privacy when returning to the condo.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

This Beautiful Condo features the highest quality furnishings for your comfort by International interior designer Philpott's and Associates.

Enjoy Paradise surrounded by the finest designer furnishings, lush bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state of the art equipment: The condo features the highest quality modern style furnishings for your comfort. Sub-zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf Appliances designed by Chefs with a passion, cabinets made of fine African mahogany, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a writing desk, full size dresser and a Master Bath with it's own tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower.

The Second Master Bedroom Suite has a queen size bed and a master bath of its own, with a soaking tub and a third bathroom with a shower. With the queen sleeper sofa this condo can easily accommodate 6 people.Three LCD flat panel wall mounted televisions and a large selection of channels plus a DVD player.

Everything is within walking distance: pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path runs right past the resort for miles in both directions - ideal for running or early sunrise strolls.

Beautiful resort - probably the best on the East side and Kapa’a. Lots of restaurants and a convenient super market. The location seemed central to get to lots of fun places and included some nice hiking just above town. The condo was clean and nice. It needed a little maintenance and I would note you will get road noise at this location as it is in a building further from the beach. Still a great property with plenty of room and amenities.

Perfect Get Away

Great property. Easy walk to beach area. Nice pool area with lazy river. Great location halfway between Princeville area and Poipu area. Condo is great for two couples or a family of four - two nice bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and kitchen. Everything worked great including the air conditioner. Would stay here again.

Great property for a family stay

Kids loved the pool and the slides and adults liked walks on the beach and dining at Oasis, restaurant on site. It’s also walking distance to supermarket and other shops/restaurants nearby as well as a central location for exploring all of Kauai :)

Amazing place

The facility is really nice and the restaurant located on the property has great food. We typically go to dinner at the restaurant when we visit the island but had never stayed at this location. It was an awesome place to stay as well as an awesome pool for the kids. Would stay here again on our next trip.
