The apartment is in an excellent location. . Walking distance to everything. There is quite a bit of construction around but once that is done it will be perfect. We were a little concerned about the parking lot as they leave the gate open all day but there is an attendent on duty and he did assure us that lot would not fill up with outsiders.

The room to which I was assigned was very clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the plants. The building however at times had a foul odor, walls in the hallway needed repair and updated. The concierge was friendly and helpful and had a welcoming smile. Parking was convenient.

Great property, in a great location. This is an older building, but there are many updates. Easy walking to many Detroit locations.

While I wouldn't call it "luxury" the place is comfortable and perfectly located. Having a parking space is a great perk. The bed is comfortable. The shower is on the weak side but fine. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check in/out was easy.

The place was loaded with "air fresheners" that were obviously there to mask other smells. Area outside did not feel safe. Only ONE AC unit that did not work properly and was not enough to cool the entire place. It was listed as "luxury" but at best "if it was actually clean" it would be considered a below average apartment. Bad communication. We couldn't even stay one night.
