Are you having a tough time figuring out the right condo to pick in Sea Pines? Look no more. My wife and I scoured the island to find the best location and this is it! Beach front is too expensive and Harbour Town is too noisy. Lighthouse Tennis Villas is right in the middle of Sea Pines with a 2 minute walk to Truffles, Giuseppi's, Gas Station, Market Cafe/Coffee, Bike Rental Shop and shopping and then a ~5-10 minute walk/bike to Harbour town and a ~15-20 minute walk/bike to the Sea Pines Beach Club! ***July 2021 - New Queen Sleeper Sofa, New Recliner, New Coffee Table, New Master Toilet*** NEW 65" Samsung LED UHD 4K smart TV mounted on the wall as of December 2021. As of March 2022 new twin beds and one has a pull out twin trundle (sleeps 3 in 2nd bedroom). As of January 2023, brand new master bath tile, cabinets, countertops & shiplap wall; LED can lighting throughout; scrapped popcorn ceilings and new crown molding; new additional kitchen cabinet for food; new LVT in bedrooms; rain cover on above deck for porch; new washer/dryer and dishwasher; new PlantationShutters; new Stearns & Foster mattress. As of January 2025, brand new 2nd bath walk in tile/glass shower! Also, a Keurig and regular coffee maker and an Alexa are in the unit!! Multiple Tennis courts on site and a nice pool. Bike storage too. This is on the 2nd floor overlooking a nice lagoon with a fountain with views of the pool. Very open and bright with a ton of windows. We originally refurbished the unit to include granite countertops, all new stainless appliances, flooring, new huge master bath shower, flatscreen HDTV's and we opened the kitchen to the den with a nice bar counter with stools (note most Lighthouse Tennis Villas have the washer/dryer in the kitchen... we relocated the washer/dryer to a closet in the hallway and opened up the kitchen). We have 3 kids from 1-7 that love the unit which has no stairs inside the actual unit. Bike to the beach and Harbour town, minutes away. My local property manager can help with discounts to several golf courses on the island. Also the 4 onsite tennis courts are a part of Smith Stearns Tennis Academy. You will love this condo and will have an awesome time!
**There will not be any available parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club itself in 2019. Daily parking for shuttle service that will take you to the Beach Club from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. will be available as follows:
Saturday, March 23 – Saturday, April 13 – Lot 2 at the Main Trolley Lot
Sunday, April 14 – Sunday, April 21 – Lot 6 across from Lawton Stables
Monday, April 22 – Saturday, May 11 – Lot 2 at the Main Trolley Lot
Sunday, May 12 – Monday, September 2 – Lot 8 near Fraser Circle
Restaurant parking after 5:00 pm will be on a first come-first served basis. The Beach Shuttle will operate from March 23, 2019, through September 2, 2019 (Labor Day) from 9 AM- 5 PM, seven days a week.**
