Awesome place and room. Comfotable beds and very clean. The place looks just like pictures but even more adorable in person.The host has eveythjng you need. Its like being at home but with a beautiful view of the beach at all times. The tiki bar was actually a fun little extra and good burger. We absolutely loved our stay and are excited about coming back next year

This is the perfect little condo for a long weekend or family getaway. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want. The views are spectacular! They have beach towels, beach chairs, floats, everything you need to make it an enjoyable stay! Owner is great at communicating as well. Will definitely look to book this again!

We had a great stay. The unit had everything we needed and I was able to communicate with the host easily. The beds were very comfortable for us and we all slept really well. I loved having a balcony facing the ocean. They have a little tiki bar downstairs at the pool we had lunch and drinks. Fun stay!

It was a perfect retreat

We enjoyed this property the host had everything you might need to enjoy the beach . Our unit had enough room for my Husband and my 2 adult children. We appreciate the attention to the needs of the guest ! Like thinking of complimentary toothbrush because one kid forgot his! And the kitchen was fully stocked!

Quick NASCAR getaway

I took my son to Daytona for the Daytona 500. The condo was super cute. The updates that have been done inside were awesome for our trip. The beds are super comfy. Any issues I had were made aware to the owner, but these were small concerns that I made them aware of. The location is great and centralized. The pool area was big and the walk to the beach was super easy. I would love to stay here again if I come down again.

Good Value an Great View

We enjoyed our stay at Rebecca's place. The beds were clean and comfortable and the living room has a great view over the pool and ocean. We used this as a home base while visiting the speedway and it was very convenient getting in and out. Parking included is a plus! We didn't have a chance to use the onsite amenities (pool and bar) as it was unusualy cold so I can't speak on that but it's nice that it's an option. Rebecca was very responsive and courteous the entire trip.

This stay was a nightmare from beginning to end. We were told early check in would be allowed, only to be stranded at a locked door for 2 hours before the host contacted us back to let us know she never actually confirmed early check in. You can see my calls with Customer Service for long periods of time trying to sort the situation as the host was absolutely absent. Staring the trip with uncertainty & irritation, we the people who came along were not enjoying ourselves or eachothers company for the first multiple hours. Entering the unit, a dead roach in the middle of the bathroom with no shower curtain on the shower rod. After a long drive, (and long wait of getting into the unit) the first thing we wanted to do was shower, which was put on hold for about 30 minutes before we located the curtain. The screen door handle broke almost instantly, which I almost forgot to add to the list of inconveniences. There was no way to locate heat. The power randomly went off randomly leaving us to wait to charge phones & rely on the hosts unreliable communication. The host also made note that she will not attempt any kind of refund due to “the smell of cigarettes”, meanwhile there was nothing noted about No Smoking. The stay was horrible, the host was unhelpful. I will never be referring this location or host again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We'd like to clarify a few points for accuracy. We were not contacted during the stay regarding any pest concerns; the home is on a routine professional pest control schedule and was professionally cleaned before and after the stay with no evidence of any pests. Had we been made aware of any issues, we would have addresses it immediately. The property does have a clearly stated no - smoking policy, which is outlined in the house rules. There is an electric fireplace in the living room with heat controls on the panel and on the remote that is sitting on the mantel. Had we been made aware of the issue (that they were very cold), we would have directed you to the fireplace and/or sent maintenance if there was an issue with the thermostat. There are also extra blankets and quilts if needed. One morning a message was received letting us know that half of the condo did not have power, I was notified at 8:57 AM and the breaker was flipped within the hour from on-site maintenance. Issue was not from our unit as far as we know and it only impacted one wall for less than an hour. The cleaner did not put up the new shower curtain when she took the other one to wash, however, it was right in the closet. A message was not received, letting us know it was not hung or else we would have had someone come hang it immediately or let them know it was in the closet. We do apologize for that inconvenience as we were unaware. We do also acknowledge that an unexpected issue on our end prevented the early check -in that had been discussed for which we had sincerely apologized. The use of the buildings amenities was not restricted for the one hour and 45 minutes, however. We received a message at 7:30 PM saying everything was great and everyone was having a blast with no other issues mentioned during the stay. We were also not notified that the door handle to the balcony door was completely broken off. Cleaner notified me after guest checked out, and I was able to get it replaced within hours, before our next guest checked in on the same day. Had I been made aware at the time it was broken by guest; it would have been fixed same day. We remain committed to providing a clean, well - maintained, and comfortable experience for all guests and all of our previous reviews reflect that.
