William was very pleasant to interact with. The room was spacious, extremely clean and had everything we needed. He even provided water and continental breakfast. He gave us recommendations for things to see/do in Mystic. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Lovely, quiet and clean. Host is very thoughtful. No TV but super-fast internet. Nice shower with lots of hot water. I’d love to see better lighting other than the overhead lights.

Great place to stay in New London. The location was very clean and includes a parking spot. William (Property Host) was extremely nice and gave great suggestions on things to do in the area and provided plenty of water and even Croissants/Muffins! Would definitely stay here again if I am back in town. 10/10

We had such a wonderful stay! William was absolutely great. We checked in pretty late, and he stayed up to give us the warmest welcome. He personally showed us everything and made us feel so comfortable right away, especially by explaining how clean and sanitary everything in the room was — which we really appreciated.The breakfast was delicious, and the whole atmosphere was quiet and calming — exactly what we needed. Check-in and check-out were both super easy and stress-free.The bed was incredibly comfortable, the private bathroom was very nice, and the coffee area and kitchen were beautiful and well kept.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Room was spacious enough and very clean. The bedding smelled like fabric softener. Love that clean smell. William is great at communicating. We thought the kitchen & table would be in the room, but William explained the photos have to do with how VRBO has him upload them. Understandable. The community kitchen area was very doable and more than we needed. The rooms are very quiet. No road noise. Stairs are a bit of a narrow hike to the second floor, but doable as well. It is noticable that William address all critiques of feedback as I noticed there were little bed lamps besides the overhead lighting. One thing...a foldable luggage rack would be a nice & helpful item. Also a throw blanket for extra warmth as some like it cold while the other... not so much. Lol. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the stay.

Didn’t know what to expect in new London. The host William is by far a class act. The hospitality upon first entry was remarkable. Spotless clean everything. Never saw whiter sheets! I will defiantly return and enjoy the complimentary breakfast!
