We had a great Spring Break at 216 Benchmark! The house is gorgeous and fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was super hot and felt great after skiing. Jenny was an amazing property manager to work with. Her communication was great and she was always available to answer my many questions! Our groceries were delivered perfectly and the kitchen was awesome! Our only complaint would be that this property claims to be “ski in and ski out”. While the property is located near a ski run, it is actually a difficult 50 yard hike to get to and from the run from the house! We called it “hike in and hike out” rather than “ski in and ski out”. Other than that issue, it’s an awesome place!

Margie, thank you for your thoughtful review!
We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the property met your expectations.
Regarding the ski-in/ski-out access, we want to ensure that all of our guests have the best possible experience. Our team member, Nate, did shovel and step down the ski access for easy use before your arrival and went over it during check-in, when everyone stepped out on the deck to view the two private trails. The access should not feel like a hike, so we just want to make sure you were able to use the correct trail that was marked for you.
If there was any confusion, we truly appreciate the feedback and will continue to refine our check-in process to make it as clear as possible.
We hope to welcome you back for another stay and an even smoother ski experience next time!
Thank you again!
Jenny
