Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air conditioner barley worked. House was pretty dirty upon arrival. Bugs and ants inside and outside of house. Yard has not been maintained in many months. Neighbors were very nice.

Overall the house was great. Lots of room for all 8 guests and beautiful view. Only concerns were we had to have the shower and kitchen faucet fixed while there, however, they were efficient and very accommodating and friendly. Washer and dryer are outdated and did not work efficiently and TV in master bedroom only worked some of the time. Would definitely rent this house again!

It has the best of everything for our boating/fishing family. Clean, well furnished, comfortable, professionaly managed and ideal location. We'll be back.

Very nice home.

The home was exactly as advertised. Nice neighborhood with a beautiful view of the sunset every evening. The rental is handled by a property manager who requires a separate signed contract but is very professional.
