Luxury Villa Agnanti With Breathtaking Sea View!

Officially registered villa under the greek villa rental regulation act 4179/2013 of the greek ministry of tourism with reg. No. (MH.T.E.): 1175K92001121901

Agnanti Villa is on the ground floor and can host up to 6 guests. All rooms look out to the sea.

It is 155m² big, and offers 2 bedrooms : a double, en-suite bedroom (with bathtub bathroom) and a twin bedroom – both with big closets and plenty of drawers. Extra beds can be put in the bedrooms or the living room. There is also a second bathroom with a shower cabin.

The house has a spacious living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV set. Next to it, there is a cosy dining space with a table for 6. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all dinnerware and utensils, big counters and plenty of cupboards. Appliances include full-size oven/cooker, clothes' iron, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle & toaster. In the kitchen, there is an exercise bike and access to the apartment's store room where the washing machine is set. There is also a dining corner with a table for 4, ideal for breakfast with view to the sea!

All rooms are air-conditioned (hot/cold) and all windows have mosquito nets – very handy in the summer! Most of the floor is covered with wood.

The house opens to a private, shaded veranda with unlimited view.

Stunning and relaxing Parian getaway

We had an amazing time at this property. The family who runs it is wonderful and eager to accommodate and help. The location is perfect. Close to major centres, including the airport and 2 ferry ports. Yet it’s quiet, relaxing and stunningly beautiful. The property offers beautiful views, and sunsets you won’t forget. The pictures are accurate and the stay is comfortable. The home is extremely cared for and nicely decorated. We definitely recommend it.

Outstanding property with a spacious living area and wonderful outdoor area.

We had a fantastic time on Paros and the villa we rented added to the richness of the experience. The property owner was very accommodating and picked us up from the port. We rented a car but it didn’t fit all of us and our bags. The property is on a hill overlooking AntiParos and those incredible Cycladic sunsets. The pool and pool deck were large and inviting. The meals we ate at the villa we ate outside, especially late at night enjoying the view and the stars. The kitchen could have been better stocked as we like to make some meals at home. We made do though. All in all an outstanding property with a very friendly and accompanying owner.

Magnifique séjour à Paros

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette belle villa avec une vue à couper le souffle sur Antiparos et des couchés de soleil magnifiques. Très bien placé dans l'île, climatisé et plutôt bien équipée, la maison est très propre et agréable à vivre. Un excellent point de base pour visiter Paros et Antiparos. Accueil au top et conseils avisés. Je recommande.

Stunning view hosted by an amazing man

We stayed with our kids and parents and we all loved every minute of our stay at Parian holidays. Manolis goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is unforgettable and great. The views of the house are stunning. The pool is big. There are two areas to enjoy the outside garden and views. I’d like to highlight Manolis hospitality and attention to detail. He was more than helpful amd recommended tavernas and beaches to make the most of our visit to Paros. We all agree to recommend 100% staying at this house. You’ll make memories in a wonderful placer. We’ll never forget the sunsets! Thanks!
