Surfside Beach, SC: Our beaches are wide & clean with plenty of open space. Cielo Vista's views are phenomenal without obstruction; sunrise, moonrise, dolphin watching & even rain storm enjoyment is all here. The all new, updated large glass doors & windows with personal, somewhat secluded balcony, create your own private observation space. Enjoy your coffee, tea, juice or martini (a little dirty, a little dry, shaken not stirred) in peace.

I have been with VRBO for 18+ years (when VRBO was truly Vacation Rentals By Owner) and dealt with my guests personally - I prefer it. (I have a 5BR home across the street, VRBO #315736). Crazy industry changes make it difficult to ensure you are getting a quality vacation home & I am hosting responsible adults - so inquire 1st. Don't let this site pressure you, ask me questions.

Now, a little about my lovely 2BR, elegantly designed home for the upscale traveling adult; this home is designed for those looking to relax without the responsibility of parenting.
A freshly renovated, lovely 2 Bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront in the desirable north end of Surfside Beach, where density is low & permanent homes are refined and posh. The building hosts only 14 flats with no children in residence. Please note: this is a NO-SMOKING property. One no-shed, hypoallergenic canine, less 20lbs is welcome with prior consent. We are a 3rd floor walk-up flat.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all rental linens (whites) in basket/bag. All whites are professionally cleaned elsewhere. Beach towels or other items can be washed in house and returned to their 'home'.
Remove any open foods. Unopened items can be left to 'pay it forward' for the next guest. Close all blinds/curtains, and leave ceiling fans on.
Run the vacuum/sweep, tidy up the flat, put all items back in their original place. 😊If you were pleased with the cleanliness, our Clean Queen welcomes your tips!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are requested to leave Cielo Vista clean & tidy as we do NOT charge an extra cleaning fee ~~
Should you need to cancel & we re-rent, you will receive all monies paid minus $250.
ONE NO-SHED, hypoallergenic, under 20lb vacationing canine per reservation - Thank you kindly ~
